Bought a car from here and I haven’t had any issues yet! Sometimes service takes longer than expected, but they have people available to drive you around or drop you off if you are local.
Pick up and drop off or excellent. I was notified of everything as our vehicle was being serviced and called when they were ready to drop off.

I had a wreck in my beautiful truck. I knew that Berlin City Dodge had a top notch Body Shop. The manager of the Body Shop helped me over the years with other vehicles , so when the tow truck came, it was a no brainer. I told the driver to take it to Berlin City Body Shop. At the end, the Body Shop and technicians at Toyota fixed me up. Thank you Berlin City Body Shop.
We walked in, seen Allen told him the vehicle we wanted to test drive and buy. Allen walked righ outside with us got plates to put on and let us do our thing. He was fast efficient and knowledgeable on the process we had to go through. Thanks again the vehicle is great!

Dennis really made the process nice he was willing to talk through negotiations politely and effectively was able to work with us comparing other similar vehicles and prices and ultimately got us into a situation that we were happy to buy the car. At the end of the day we drove in from Maine to pick up the right car with the right features. We were greeted with a very helpful set of staff and then also a Finance team that wasted no time.

Communication with the schedulers who work directly with customers is superior. Mr. O'KEEFE renewed my faith in Berlin City jeep. He is the best!! Hands down. Service has had bumps (let me down) with thoroughly checking things as asked by customer. Safety issues in particular. When there is a problem it's difficult to escalate. Overall Berlin city staff need to take more ownership if I'm honest.
